What is Meals on Wheels?

Meals on Wheels is a home-based service delivering hot and nutritious meals to people who are homebound or find it difficult to cook for themselves. Meals are prepared in our hospital kitchens and delivered by volunteer drivers. There are several meals options available and frozen meals can be delivered for the weekend.

We aim to keep meals as affordable as possible. Prices vary according to meal options and the frequency of delivery.

When are the meals delivered?

The frequency of meal delivery is based on an assessment of your needs and support network. Meals are available and delivered in the Beaufort and Skipton areas five days a week, Monday-Friday.
