The Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector supports the Public Sector Gender Equality Commissioner to oversee the implementation of the Gender Equality Act 2020 and promote gender equality in the public sector workforce and the broader Victorian community.

Beaufort and Skipton Health Service continues to implement recommendations towards achieving the objectives set out in the Gender Equality Act 2020. The Health Service’s Gender Equality Action Plan confirms our commitment to driving change and removing barriers so that everyone can reach their full potential by having equal access to rewards, opportunities and resources, regardless of gender, cultural background, age, sexual orientation or other characteristics.
