Residential Coordinator

Our services are critical to our community’s needs and we are looking for a Registered or Endorsed Nurse to join our team in our residential care team. The Residential Coordinator works collaboratively to establish, implement and maintain effective AN-ACC processes, ensuring revenue opportunities are enhanced across the health service, and coordinates residential admissions. Further the role provides education for staff who are working with residents to support the completeness of AN-ACC documentation requirements.
