COMMUNITY UPDATE – BUSHFIRE RESPONSE

Update on the Beaufort Hospital, Urgent Care Centre, Residential Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services in response to the bushfire in the Beaufort and surrounding areas

We wish to update the community on the operations of the Health Service following the recent evacuation due to the Mt. Cole bushfire emergency. 

All services at the Beaufort campus will now be open from Thursday 29 February 2024. 
The Beaufort Urgent Care Centre reopened at 7am Thursday 29 February 2024 and will now return to normal operating hours. 

We are pleased to report that all patients and residents from the Beaufort campus will be returning to their home today, Thursday 29 February 2024. Notification to our patients and resident’s families and carers of their return has commenced.   

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Grampians Health – Ballarat campus and the Department of Health for their continued support and assistance during this time.
