Join Beaufort and Skipton Health Service and Freya Maberly, Qualified Social Worker with training in Psychology, Counselling and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy for a morning to connect with others and to understand and learn new skills to look after and positively support your mental wellbeing, followed by lunch.
