Procurement Complaints Procedure

Beaufort and Skipton Health Service aims to ensure that all procurement activities are conducted according to our Procurement Policy to ensure fairness, value for money, without bias, favour or prejudice.

We value feedback to help improve policies, procedures, systems and service delivery.

We encourage the resolution of any issues or considered unfair treatment through direct dialogue with the Health Service Chief Procurement Officer, however, if this is not possible you can lodge a formal complaint in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.

All complaints will be treated as confidential with no expected adverse repercussions for a complainant.

All complaints will be dealt with in a timely matter:

  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged within three working days
  • In the majority of cases, investigations are to be completed within 10 working days
  • If the investigation is anticipated to take longer than 10 working days, you will be notified of the expected response date

On the completion of any investigation you will be notified of the outcome in writing.
